RETURNS and REFUNDS

If you think the product you have purchased has a defect or flaw, we will replace it with up to 30 days from the day you made the purchase. 

Please email us first at hello@redactedjj.com with any photos you think we might find useful including the email address and phone number you used when placing your order before returning any products to us.

We are only able to offer a refund or replacement if the item is unworn and still has all the tags attached to it. Unfortunately, if the item has been worn we are unable to accept used items.

Without exception, all refunds will be in the form of store credit of the sub-total before shipping fees.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased on sale.
